Before June 30, 2023, individual consumers scrapped or sold non-commercial passenger cars registered in Hefei City and that met relevant standards, and purchased non-commercial passenger cars from automobile sales agencies registered with the Hefei City Market Supervision and Administration Department. If new operational new energy passenger vehicles reach a certain amount, a financial subsidy of no more than 5,000 yuan per vehicle will be provided.
