Due to insufficient verification of the riveting manufacturing process, the tailgate strut bracket and ball joint of the vehicles within the scope of this recall The riveted joints may break, causing the tailgate to be unable to remain open. The tailgate may collide with the user when it falls, posing a safety hazard. Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. will replace the improved tailgate strut bracket assembly free of charge for vehicles within the scope of the recall to eliminate potential safety hazards.
